Cooking Help

Raviolis

  • Bring salted water to rapid boil.
  • Add frozen ravioli.
  • When all the ravioli push to surface, wait one minute, drain.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Whole Tenderloin/Chateau

  • Take tenderloin out of fridge and allow it to come to room temp (approx 30 mins).
  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Turn oven down to 300 degrees and roast for another 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Internal temperature should reach 122 degrees. (125 = medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Stuffed Chicken Breast OR Bone-in Chicken Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until golden brown
  • To achieve moist chicken apply juices from pan throughout cooking.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Stuffed Shells

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking dish with sauce and place frozen shells in dish.
  • Cook for 45 minutes and top with hot meat sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Prime Rib

  • Take prime rib out of fridge 2 hrs prior to cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 30-40 minutes until deep browned.
  • Pull from oven and turn oven down to 300 degrees.
  • Cook for 1 more hour and start checking meat.
  • Internal temperature should reach 122 degrees. (125= medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Reheating Pasta

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  • Lift lid and stir. 
  • Replace lid and cook for another 30 minutes. 
  • Larger pans may need another 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Lasagna

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake uncovered on a baking sheet.
  • Bake small pan for approx 50 mins to 1 hour.
  • Bake med & large pans for approx 1 hr & 15-30 mins.
  • Bake extra large pan approx 1 hr & 30-45 mins.
  • Let rest out of oven for 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Baked Chicken Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • For best results, pan sear on both sides until browned, and then bake in oven for 15 mins.
  • Otherwise bake uncovered for 30 mins, or until golden brown.
  • To achieve moist chicken, apply juices from pan throughout cooking.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • Take tri tip out of fridge and allow it to come to room temp (approx 30 mins).
  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Internal temperature should reach 122 degrees. (125 = medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 15 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Thawed Meatballs

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook on oiled sheet pan for 20 mins.
  • Turn and cook 20 more mins until browned. 
  • Serve and enjoy!

NY Steaks

  • Heat a skillet on high (preferably a cast iron skillet).
  • Sear steak for 4 mins on each side.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 5 mins.
  • We recommend you finish your steak with Luigi's Steak Marinade. 
  • Serve and enjoy!
