Cooking Help

Ravioli

  • Bring salted water to rapid boil.
  • Add ravioli.
  • When the ravioli rise to surface, wait one minute, drain, serve and enjoy.

Whole Tenderloin

  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Turn oven down to 300 degrees and roast for another 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Internal temperature should reach 122 degrees. (125 = medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Baked Stuffed Chicken Breast OR Baked Bone-in Chicken Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until golden brown
  • To achieve moist chicken apply juices from pan throughout cooking

Stuffed Shells

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking dish with sauce and place frozen shells in dish.
  • Cook for 45 minutes and top with hot meat sauce.
  • Enjoy!

Prime Rib

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 40 minutes
  • Turn oven down to 300 degrees and roast for another 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 min.
  • Internal temperature should reach 122 degrees. (125= medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Reheating Pasta

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  • Lift lid and stir. Replace lid and cook for another 30 minutes. Larger pans may need another 15 minutes.

Lasagna

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake uncovered on a baking sheet for approximately 1 hour (larger pans- approximately 1 hour and 15 min.)
  • Let rest out of oven for 15 minutes.

Baked Chicken Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 mins, or until golden brown.
  • To achieve moist chicken, apply juices from pan throughout cooking.

Whole Tri-Tip

  • Preheat over to 425 degrees.
  • Roast for 35 minutes.  
  • Let rest out of oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
