Donations

Luigi's enjoys serving our guests and helping the community of Bakersfield. Donations are made in the form of a complimentary $25 gift certificate. Please submit your request in writing at least 30 days prior to your event. We review requests on an on-going basis, and it can take 2-4 weeks to complete the review process.

The request should be on official organization letterhead and include ALL of the following:

- Official organization name

- Physical address of organization

- Name, phone number and email of representative

- Federal Tax ID number and copy of 501c(3) determination letter

- Specific donation request and how it will benefit the organization

- Date donation is required

Due to the high volume of requests, it is not possible to honor every request made. We respectfully ask that you accept our apology in advance if we are unable to fulfill your request, and wish you success in your endeavors.

Requests that do not include the required information will not be submitted for consideration.

You will be notified by mail if your donation request is approved.
