Bone-In Rosemary Chicken

  • Preheat oven 350 F. 
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hr and 30 mins, or until golden brown. 
  • To achieve moist chicken, apply juices from pan at the half way point of cooking. 
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Chicken Breast

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • *For best results, sear chicken in a separate sauté pan. On medium high heat, add a dime size amount of olive oil. Sear chicken breast for two minutes each side. Then transfer chicken to a baking oven on a baking sheet for seven additional minutes.*
  • Alternative way: Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 350 F, for 15 minutes. 
  • Tip: Do not crowd pan, leave space around each chicken breast. 
  • We recommend you finish your steak with Luigi’s Steak Marinade or Luigi’s White Sauce.

Ciabatta

  • Preheat oven to 385 F. 
  • Thaw Ciabatta for 30 mins. 
  • Bake 12 – 16 mins on a baking sheet.
  • Let rest out of oven for 10 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Lasagna

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • If frozen, Luigi’s recommends thawing completely before cooking.
  • Bake uncovered on baking sheet.
  • Bake small pan for approx. 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Bake med or large pan for approx. 1 hr & 15-30 mins.
  • Bake XL pan approx. 1 hr & 30-45 mins.
  • Let rest out of oven for at least 15 mins. 
  • Internal temperature should be 165 F.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

NY Steaks

  • Medium Rare - 14oz cut 
  • Heat a skillet on medium high heat (preferred cast iron). 
  • Sear steak for three minutes on each side. 
  • Remove steak from heat and let rest for 5 minutes without touching.
  • We recommend you finish your steak with Luigi’s Steak Marinade.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Prime Rib

  • Take prime rib out of fridge 2 hrs prior to cooking. 
  • Preheat oven to 425 F. 
  • Roast 30 mins until deep browned. 
  • Turn oven down to 300 F. 
  • Cook for 1 hr and 30 minutes, then start checking meat temperature.
  • Internal temp should reach 122 F (125 F = medium rare). 
  • Let rest out of oven for at least 25 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Raviolis

  • Bring salted water to rapid boil. 
  • Add frozen ravioli.
  • When all raviolis push to the surface, wait one minute. (Approx. 5-7 minutes.)
  • Drain water.
  • Tip: Reserve a cup of pasta water to help enhance your pasta sauce, make a good sauce great!
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Reheating Pasta

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • Bake covered for 30 mins. 
  • Lift lid & stir. Replace lid and cook for another 30 mins. 
  • Larger pans may need another 15 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Ribs (*reheating)

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. 
  • Bake covered for 20 mins. 
  • To achieve moist ribs, add 2 oz of water to bottom of pan.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Ribs (*uncooked)

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • Bake uncovered for 2 hr. 
  • Turn oven off and leave in oven for 30 more mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Salmon

  • Preheat oven to 425 F. Place salmon on oiled baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 15 mins.
  • *If topping with candied nuts: Turn oven to broil after baking for 14 mins. Top salmon with candied nuts. Broil until caramelized.
  • Tip: The caramelization happens very quickly, don’t step away for too long. 
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Stuffed Chicken

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hr and 10 mins, or until golden brown. 
  • To achieve moist chicken, apply juices from pan at the half way point of cooking.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Stuffed Shells

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • Line baking dish with Luigi’s Meat Sauce and place frozen shells in dish. 
  • Cook for 45 mins and top with heated sauce.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Thawed Meatballs

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. 
  • Cook on oiled sheet pan for 20 mins. 
  • Turn and cook 20 more mins until browned.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Whole Tenderloin/Chateau

  • Take tenderloin out of fridge and allow it to come to room temp (approx. 30 mins). 
  • Preheat oven to 425 F. 
  • Roast for 15 – 20 mins. 
  • Turn oven down to 300 F and roast for another 30 – 40 mins. 
  • Internal temp should reach 122 F (125 F = medium rare).
  • Let rest out of oven for 20 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!

Whole Tri Tip

  • Take tenderloin out of fridge and allow it to come to room temp (approx. 30 mins). 
  • Preheat oven to 425 F. 
  • Roast for 25 mins. Internal temp should reach 122 F (125 F = medium rare).  
  • Let rest out of oven for 15 mins.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
